Wendy's in Gilbert

“Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Ice and soda machine were fully functioning. Staff were quick to take our order and get it made. Food was hot and fresh. I do not frequent Wendy's but once a year. I choose this fast food based on the freshness of the food. I ordered a single and was not asked anything about it and did not realize it automatically came with cheese (I have a dairy intolerance). They had to remake the burger. They did it without complaining.“

“I have visited this particular location several times and the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendly efficient service and the food is always top notch. I will drive past another location just to come find consistent quality at this location.“

“Elle is always so friendly. Some fast food places make mistakes and/or are very grumpy. Every time I go to this Wendy’s for my son’s snacks we enjoy being treated so nice and they never mess up our order like a bunch of other local drive thrus do!“

I came next day and they promptly remade my items without any questions, which was very nice already, but then they offered me a frosty for my trouble without having to ask! Made me very happy!
