“Our first visit to the place. I love BBQ so I was excited to try this new spot. The menu is extensive with many options. The price is decent as well. Our food came quickly, so we were pleasantly surprised. As we started to eat, we noticed something wrong. As I went to the counter, the Chef Enrique popped his head out and I explained the issue. He was very apologetic and offered to remake the whole plate even though the issue was specif. He offer it with a smile and 5 minutes later, we had a new fresh plate. Brisket was good, ribs were fantastic, sausage was fire and the chicken was also good. Mac N cheese was pretty good as well. They have a nice variety of sauces. Enriques service is what will make us return, although the food was good.“

“This is the most authentic hawaii fast restaurant my family and I have been too since we moved here from Vegas 3 years ago. The food is ridiculously delicious and huge amount for your money. I will most certainly be coming back here whenever we are craving real Hawaiian food. It’s a 35 minutes drive well worth more with traffic but it’s ok.“

“Edited to update: Tried it again hoping they had improved. I was pleasantly surprised that the brisket was pull apart tender, cut in proper thinner slices (not the 1 inch tough chunks like last time). The brisket had great bark and smoke flavor. I hope it stays this way so we can start going here regularly again. Thanks!
Old review:
Rudy's used to be our favorite place but the last three times we've eaten there it has been terrible. They are not cooking the Brisket properly any longer and it is inedible.
We go there for the brisket sandwich and the brisket is undercooked, flavorless, no bark, and as tough as shoe leather. We couldn't even bite through the brisket and it was like chewing rubber bands. You should be able to easily pull brisket apart but you actually can't pull this apart at all...requires a knife to saw through it. The last three visits have been the exact same and we've had to throw our dinner out.
Don't know how the other meats are as we go there for the brisket and green chili stew. We won't be back until they fire the pitmaster and get someone that knows how to cook brisket.“

“I’ve been to multiple CupBops before but this is one of the nicest ones i’ve been to! Big shoutout to Dom there for the amazing service, definitely enhanced the whole experience around Westgate for us! He was very personable and patient while explaining all our questions when ordering! Definitely my first stop whenever i’m in the area“

“Had the sampler. Ribs pork chicken beans and corn. Ribs were the best thing. Fall off the bone, no teeth needed. The pulled pork was delicious also. Beans simple and good. Chicken wasn't as good, dry, kind of hard. Next time Ribs all the way.“

“We went here on a weekday walked in after 9pm 8ppl total. Our server was Leinali, she was the kindness, sweetest girl. So attentive, we didnt feel rushed at all . The food was top noch. Ordered chop steak with sparagus and sweet potatoe.if you come ask for leilani her service wont dissapoint you!“
