“This was on same day as first mess up but this time went with my nephew who wanted panda because i had got panda earlier and the only problem with both his and my order was the rice under cooked and on my teriyaki chicken, the chicken was full of fat and skin, and was gummie or chewy meat. So that’s strike two but didn’t call to complain because it was too late in the evening and forgot to call the next day. 🤷♂️“
“Got someone else’s order, which i didn’t like and gave it to the three dogs, the female dog liked it and ate it all because the other two males dogs couldn’t eat it but the Manager Daniel i think or maybe that was the order taker’s name but yeah, the mgr was extremely pleasant, apologetic, courteous and I’ll pick up what i ordered next time I’m in the area…I’m not sure which type of chicken it was but it was two types and i ordered steak and shrimp and it had low mein and i ordered double fried rice.“
