Bisbee Coffee Company is good, but NOTHING compares to Kafka as the ultimate real cafe and the locals know it. This is a truly special place with the BEST coffee drinks and genuine bagels directly from Tucson (we should know, since we lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn most of our lives). You've gotta try it for yourself.
