The crew is pretty amazing & very professional.
When I first came to this popeyes it was amazing, friendly service, hot fresh food all of it above standard. However the last few times I've gone there it has been horrible, long wait times, twice I waited 25-30min and one I waited 50min, 30 in line and another 20 sitting out front waiting because they had me pull around. I come here almost every week for the Ghost Pepper Chicken and usually place a mobile order 1–2 times a week.
I’ve been helped by Joseph several times at the drive-thru, and he’s always friendly and professional. One time, our chicken needed about a 12-minute wait, and he even gave us two bottles of water while we waited. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot.
