Riviera Roadhouse is an unpretentious bar with good pool tables, including 2 very nice diamond tables, and a full beer and alcohol menu. Located in a residential area, it's a dimly-lit oasis in the Arizona heat, with a small parking lot. While not very kid-friendly, it offers a great place for cold beers, friendly bartenders, and live music like punk rock acts such as the Hardyville Stranglers. The bar has a huge outdoor patio, clean restrooms, and various entertainment options like dart boards, free pool on Sundays, and plenty of TVs for sports fans. Drinks are reasonable, cheaper than most, and the bartenders are nice, even learning new drinks like the Paloma. It's recommended as a nice stop for travelers, with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, and a spacious layout where guests can enjoy pool, darts, or just relax with great music. Sometimes there’s even a dog running around, adding to the fun vibe.
