“We stayed at this resort for two days. The main dining restaurant wasn’t my favorite — the food was a bit on the bland side. However, the smaller café on the property was much better, and the food by the pool near the spa was actually my favorite! I had the veggie sandwich with sweet potato fries, and it was the best meal I had during my stay. The café also offers some great vegan bakery items, and their chai tea is delicious.“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

“Nana had the kids, so we stepped out for an after work cocktail date night. Twenty6 lounge is the bar in the lower lobby of @jwdesertridge and is a casual spot for resort guests, or a couple on a mini date night.

We each enjoyed a couple of drinks while chatting about life. Sitting at the bar was quick service and quiet, but you can also relax in a plush patio chair out in the courtyard. Next time, we will plan better and be sure to play some arcade games in the new space before it closes at 9!“

“Kembara is a restaurant full of elevated Asian street food, one dish after the other was the next best thing we've tasted. The flavors are divine! It is hard to put the explosion of flavors your palate tastes into words that would do justice to what we experienced with each bite but let me tell you, I can't wait to go back. The drink list is so unique we tried a few but hands down the winner tonight was called Joy Luck Club: it had Angel's Envy Bourbon, Pusser's Rum, Coconut Milk, and Yuzu. Chef Angelo rounded our evening out by sending over sake, I must say it was the best sake I've ever tasted) and the evening was everything we hoped it would be. Our server Megan went above and beyond by delivering an experience that matched no other. Her knowledge of the menu, drinks, creation of the meals, and restaurant makes her a true gem to this team.
