The food at this location has really gone downhill. The servers are always in a hurry. They made a mess on my bowl and just plopped the food on it. They were out of Came Asada and chips! This will be the last time I go here.
I put in an online order this evening for 4 for pickup. It was supposed to be ready at 7:00 pm. 10 minutes past 7 they tell me they were cooking fajita meat and would be ready soon. Twenty minutes later our order still wasn't ready. People in the normal line were upset because they were having to wait on several different meats and white rice. I finally asked for a refund only to be told it would take 3 to 5 days to process my refund...not cool. Stood waiting for my order...read full review
