“we have Used Hot Wok for many many years when we lived in Chandler and now delivery in Gilbert. They are always kind, professional and never disappoint. Our favorite is the Beijing beef with brown fried rice and the soup. You can’t go wrong, they also now have sushi which is delicious.!!“

“Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. “Good Food and Good People

I just dropped by, wanted some casual Chinese food, and noticed two things.

1. People in the back were working hard and making the food fresh. I can tell they weren't taking any shortcuts.

2. An elderly man with a walker needed help getting his stuff and going in/out of the restaurant. The staff jumped up to help, you can tell they really respect their elders.

Overall, my first time here, but I was really impressed.

“The manager here really made our experience awesome! I walked up to the window and Tyler was what you want from a customer service representative. He problem solved having less bread side option for soup. My sister was super happy with the alternative!
Right after ordering I realized that the store was about to close. Feeling bad, I asked them to put it in to go containers. He said that we could eat in the dining room if we wanted. I was super hungry so we took his very kind offer.
And then when I had a concern about my food, he willingly offered to remake it making the whole experience positive and not awkward at all.
I truly appreciate individuals who make it easy to talk to them and willing to truly help the costumer have a positive experience! This manager truly cared about each customer.
