“Quaint is the best way to describe a caboose setting on the corner of a downtown intersection. I like to stop in every once in a while while I am out walking . Authentic French cuisine served. If you're in town, stop in have a coffee or pastry.“
“I don't drink beer ( wait, keep reading! ) but the place was so inviting we came in. They have sodas (Arizona ice tea and Coke products) and water if you don't want alcohol. My partner enjoyed a few beers (Love is Brewing IPA and Main Street Blonde, a Blonde Ale). He was happy with them. He likes Sierra Nevada on tap, if that helps decide if you have similar taste buds. Again, I don't partake in beer but their selection is good and service is outstanding. We had food from the food truck outside called Sidewalk Grill: the double burger and fries was delicious. They had live music on our visit. The place is dog friendly. One last thing I remembered ... they have crowlers, growlers in a can? to go.“
“There was a 30-minute wait on a Monday. So be prepared. Everyone in our group had a burger, perfectly cooked to order. One person had fish and chips who said it was good. However, the jalapeño Cole slaw was hot. View was nice of Verde Valley. They have a merchandise store with a variety of Tees.“
“Adriana is incredibly passionate about what she does. We had taken the Verde Canyon Railroad ride and planned to go to a different Mexican restaurant afterwards, when a worker on the train overheard and recommended that we come to Adrianna's. Boy, were we glad! Adriana loves what she does, you can tell in the first 30 seconds of talking to her. She improvises on the fly and goes out of her way to increase your pleasure. She enhanced our margaritas and our dinner orders with special ideas of the day. The food was truly authentic. Highly recommend!!!!! And by the way, I'm something of a flan connoisseur and I was blown away by the vainilla flan!“
“This was quite a surprise find! We loved all of the smoked meats- hard to choose a favorite. I would recommend trying the sampler platter. Any leftovers are great in a breakfast burrito or as toppings on a homemade pizza. We’ll happily come again when we are in the area on future travels. Keep up making the exceptional menu.“
“Awesome pizza place! We have been looking for a a good pizza joint and finally found it. Had a fun atmosphere, great service and good food. Tons of options to keep everyone satisfied. Homemade deserts were a hit with the kids too. I was skeptical of the fried avocados but they were delicious and a gone in minutes! I would highly recommend.“
“Enjoyed lunch with a flight of wine. Wines were very good and went home with a bottle of my favorite from the tasting. The best thing was the exceptional food. It was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this place for the food alone. Service was great and our server was very helpful suggesting wines to try. “We went here today for the first time. There was about a 20 min wait so we shopped at some of the local shops around the restaurant. Eva was our server and she was outstanding. The food was great. The coffee was so good. We got biscuits and gravy and the traditional two egg breakfast. I loved that they also had GF options available. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area.“
“Went shopping in Cottonwood and decided to have lunch in Old Town at the Red Rooster. It has a very unique menu. We both had lamb. I had the Lamb Gyros, and Hubby had the Lamb burger. Both came with goat cheese and tzatziki sauce and pickled onions on the side. Amazing flavor, and when you add the pickled onions, it put it over the top. It's a little had to find, but it is well worth the search.“
“Decided to try this place for something different. I really liked that this place had an entire vegetarian and vegan menu. Because I was there two hours before closing, they had dish restrictions but what I got was very good. I would like to come back and try other options but would also like to try out the desert section. I also really liked the guava cider they had on draft. “We were looking to grab a drink after hiking the Jail Trail and came across this bar in downtown Cottonwood. The State Bar is an all-Arizona beer and wine bar. They have a good selection of local beers, ciders, mead and wine on tap. State Bar is located between Bocce Pizzeria and Burning Tree Cellars. They have a indoor bar area and an outdoor patio with tables, heaters and patio games. They also have live music on occasional evenings. I love the chill vibe here. You can find out what selections they have on tap on the Untappd app.“
“On a whim we came inside of Cabal Cellars and we were SO glad we did!! Mackenzie really gave us the VIP treatment explaining each wine in the most engaging and fun way! We had such a blast, definitely a must stop. We will make the trip back just to visit this place because the service and wine were so great!“

She served me the white flight on their beautiful patio with prob the BEST view for any wine tasting. “This was our first stop on a weekend getaway to Cottonwood, and it did not disappoint. Suzanne hosted our tastings, and she had a ton of knowledge to share about Stronghold's wines, and the stories that created them. Those wines were all delightful, served with a smile, at a great value, and in a wonderful space. We also got a simple but effective bread with oil board that hit the spot. Great place, with some truly unique wines, recommended.“
“The only reason i gave 4 stars on the food is it was very pricey. But the carne asada plate was delicious! And the chips were nice and warm and the salsa was a perfect mild. I would eat there a lot more if i could afford to.Edit to add the price of my plate wasn't bad.. Just in general some of the options were a bit to pricey there werent really any low price options for our budget at the moment. It was definitely worth every penny and definitely something we will save up for to go again.“
“Stopped in here for the local brewery. Pretty cool place to try out! Ranging from 4.5% to 9.5% alcohol content. The bartender was so cool, make sure we are well hydrated. Their Parmesan fries are the best. Nice bar area to chat with the locals! The beer was so good, we went back for dinner. We had the Detroit crust pizza and it was sooooo good. The other entree and salads looked so scrumptious as well.“
“I received the best service I have ever received from a person working in the service industry. I visited Starbucks on arizona Ave and Ocotillo Christmas morning and was greated by the most polite and service oriented young man... I wish I got his name because he truly represented Starbucks “
“This is my Starbucks. And I love everybody who works there. They're all friendly, speedy, and efficient and take really good care of me. I can't drink coffee, but their Chai is delicious. The egg bites and the new little potato things are particularly tasty. I am a vegetarian. There are several choices from which I can choose, including their yummy baked goods. My only issue is that my Starbucks on the corner of Cortaro and Arizona Pavilions in Marana is too small. When it was remodeled, the work area was enlarged. That was a necessary improvement. In order to accomplish that, the cafe was eliminated. The parking lot is miniscule, and the traffic flow for the drive-thru congested. That's why I only gave it four stars instead of five.“
“This place by far has all the tasting rooms and other wines blown away. The personal attention and people are phenomenal. Then there is the wine selection. You would think with all the varietals that they would seem to taste the same. Yet they are all unique. These wines are some of the few that can stand toe to toe with the big west coast reds. We have been coming here for years and have never been let down.“
