Maybe it's me, maybe Carl's sucks outside of California. Prices are mall level high. After ordering they make you park and take a little too long to get you your order (via drive-thru)The cashier was nice but again, the prices are $2 higher here than most other Carl's locations.The food tasted a bit old (not saying they left it out) but it either had freezer burn or lost temp at some point in time.Hadn't eaten Carl's in a while and my nostalgia was left behind.
So the food at Carl's is absolutely great, but it takes forever to get your food..and I mean a while. They don't have enough staff. I mean it's not their fault but the owners need to step it up and staff to accommodate the business!

I been going to this place for several years now. I go with a group of friends. I have never had a bad experience there. The manager and staff have been very courteous respectful and kind.The current manager stops by and visits with us to see if we need anything.The service and food are great.I have nothing but praise for all the staff.Thanks to the manager and staff for being so kind to us.
