My daughter and I were stopping for gas and decided to grab a couple Wetzel pretzel bags and boy were we displeased with everything about our 1-25-24 at 2pm visit. The customer service with the young girls was -minus the star rating above if I had the option. We had a horrible experience at this Wetzel's Pretzel's. There was hot food ready however the "manager" Nancy stated the location was closed to restock food and they were not ringing anybody up or selling food. When I asked how long they would be closed she said at least 30 minutes. I asked if she could sell me food that was already ready and she said no. I then asked if she was going to just let the hot and ready food just sit there for 30 minutes or more. She didn't not answer...read full review

This is in a 76 gas station. There were 3 of the Wetzel bitz already made - but no idea how long they had been sitting. Just then, a new batch was taken from the oven.I asked for the fresh ones and was told that they WOULDN'T sell me the fresh ones UNTIL the old ones (maybe ancient) were sold.Added note - I was informed the ones sitting there had just been taken out of the oven. IF that was the case, THEN WHAT DID IT MATTER!FIRST time I've ever been refused fresh anything.
