Known for its delicious Mexican cuisine, the restaurant's standout dish is the chicken burrito, which can be enjoyed with their flavorful hot sauce. The staff is attentive and often show appreciation to their customers by offering free meals. While the prices may be slightly higher than other locations, the quality of the food and service meets expectations, making it a popular choice for frequent visitors throughout the western US.

The restaurant has received positive reviews from customers, who praise the fantastic food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Customers have noted that the horchata is delicious and the tres leches dessert is a standout. The menu offers a variety of meat options, as well as good vegetarian options like quesadillas, salads, bean and rice burritos, tacos, and tostadas. Daily specials are highlighted as great buys, and the restaurant provides a casual dining experience similar to other well-known chains. However, some customers have experienced issues with availability, such as running out of sweet pork burritos or burrito tortillas, so it's recommended to check if items are back in stock.
