Food was good- service was sub par. The gentleman who prepared our food were proficient and made things to our liking- they weren’t the problem. The girl at the register, DESIRAE, couldn't have been more rude if she tried. I don’t know what happened to her or why she hates people but I hope she gets the help she needs. T’s and P’s for Desirae.
Food was excellent, but every single one of the workers I encountered (4 of them) seemed like they hated their jobs. They seemed very annoyed to be prepping my food. I came in at 1:15, May 5th for my husbands birthday.
We love the food at Café Rio and the customer service is exemplary. If we have an issue, it is dealt with fairly and quickly. We miss the eleotes, but we will live. The rewards program is great, as well. It’s a win-win!
