This is a very popular local place. We were staying a night in Flagstaff and found it online. We actually arrived in the dinner period and found it already packed. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us immediately. \n We ordered a 'regular' style pizza, as opposed to their Neapolitan offerings. Should we return, we'll try those. The pizza was classic wood-fired oven style with crispy crust and flavorful toppings. Most enjoyable.\n The staff were attentive...
We really enjoyed our dinner here (meatballs, pizza, desserts). Didn't realize it had been on TripleD until I saw the menu (then remembered seeing the owner on the show). It was busy but we didn't have to wait (on Sunday evening).
one of the best meals we had on our 6 week adventure. Husband was happy b/c the pizza had sauce and toppings out to the crust vs places that leave 1" of dough with nothing on it. I had the chicken parm and WOWOWOW I now understand why it is highlighted as one of their specials. I combined red sauce with alfredo sauce which gave it such a great flavor.
