We came to Fat Olives when we were visiting Flagstaff from out of town. My only complaint is that it's not closer to my house. The food and service were amazing! We wanted to try everything on the menu but obviously couldn't. What we did order did not disappoint. Hopefully this doesn't overhype it, but my wife said this is her new favorite restaurant.
Delicious pasta dishes, pizzas, salads, and housemade Italian soda-super fantastic, too bad no free refills! Welcoming atmosphere, wait staff had great energy, engaging, great personalities, very helpful and checked on us multiple times to ensure we had drink refills. Reasonably priced! This was our 2nd time there and we live in Houston, TX! We will eat there again and again, when staying over night in Flagstaff!
We were seated quickly on a busy night when we arrived right before 5 pm with our group of 6, which I thought was impressive. The appetizers of garlic knots and caprese salad were quickly served as well. We tried 4 types of pizza and 2 pasta dishes and everyone enjoyed their flavors, textures and temperature of the meal.
