I think this place is one of the top things I miss after moving away from Flagstaff. I stop by every time im back in town. I've tried to copycat their food back home and can get close, but never true flame broiler. They are a local staple that will earn your attention. Great staff and amazing food.

This location had excellent customer service starting with their Cashier Fawn, exceptional food and was spotless. Their food was cooked just right with the grill meat not burned and still tender. My husband and I had their chicken, veggie rice bowls. I added avocado slices and green onions. Their condiment stand offers lots of delicious sauces to add various levels of spice in jalapeno and habanero sauce as well as their delicious flame broiler sauce that is a sweet teriyaki sauce....
