Food was good, waitress must of been having a bad day as we had to track her down after asking for water for 15min. You always hope that staff serves with a friendly demeanor, it just didn't happen.

Our 3rd time visiting this delightful IHOP on our trips through Flagstaff. So convenient while staying at Americana Motel next door. Recommend if you are staying anywhere nearby, always great service. Eggs Benedict on point! Ben tries them everywhere we go and he says these are great diner Benedicts. I enjoy the pancakes of course and eggs, bacon, coffee. The same waitress has been there every time , about 6:30 am, she’s the best. Thank you!
