If you sit upstairs just be prepared to sit under bright lights. Down stairs is great, food is always great, normally service is too but on this night our server actually rolled her eyes at us when we asked about turning the lights down. Just soured our experience.

The food was okay. But the place was empty and still took forever to get our food. The service wasn't good.

This is a cute Sushi place, and the food is good. BUT when I made the reservation for a standard table, no mention was made that the main seating was up a steep flight of stairs. No elevator, no other access, only high table tops available on the ground floor. We debated just leaving, but since we were there, we decided to stay. Another couple had the same issue. The food was good, and fairly priced, but we won't be back. Why would we when there are so many excellent restaurants that provide comfortable and accessible seating? Pity. We aren't the only ones.

Cool place just turn the music down. Or just change it. Not relaxing.

We came for our anniversary dinner. Our waitress was kinda all over the place. Our appetizer came out with our food and all before our drinks. I had to ask for water refills. The waitress advised me they ran out of coconut milk for my drink but almost 10 minutes after we ordered drinks. My husband's orange chicken looked old and he said it was my good. It did look old. I would not recommend this place at all except for the view we had upstairs.

Great ambience very upbeat and fun. Food was ok. Don't expect to get the best Asian version of certain dishes here since it tries to cover all kinds - Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Korean. So it's perfect when your party of six can't agree on what to eat. I was disappointed with the overpriced $14 donut desert where I couldn't taste the pistachio it claimed it had.

I made a reservation a week in advance. I received a reminder the night before, then I arrived for my table, and they were closed. There was a lot of snow today, which I'm assuming is why. But I received no information regarding being closed during our reservation time. For such a nice place, I would expect more communication, and It makes me very hesitant to ever come back.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service! My son and I loved it!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so I don't have anything to say.Kid-friendliness: I saw children there with their parents, enjoying their food.

Lee was awesome when he put us on standby as they were full with Reservations. He was able to get us a high top round table in the bar area.Sebastian was our server and just so polite and made sure we were not rushed even though they close at 9. The food was just perfect in presentation and flavor, cooked to perfection. If you’re in Flagstaff the Lotus Lounge is the place to go for an awesome dining experience.Warning! Call in advance for reservations as they may not have a table for you.Happy New Year Indeed,Rick, Paola and Alessandra

Good and service were great . We had sushi and the kids had Bao Buns. All in all it was a great experience. The chupacabra roll is super tasty.

Great restaurant. Had a wonderful meal. The sushi was great and they have some unique items on the menu. A cool vibe inside, and the upstairs is a great place to eat. A touch quieter. Would go back to the restaurant again for sure.

Saw this place online and wasn't too convinced, we decided on it because it was open and had Pho on the menu. We get there and wanted to sit upstairs, and no room eventhough there was. It was mostly because they were closing soon because the hostess literally said no room and we close kitchen a 9:30 so it went connected. Hostess could use more friendliness. Server was good in the beginning but then took forever to come back to get order. She did make a good suggestion as I couldnt decide and it was awesome. Once food was there I was trying to get sauce and the Hostess did see me but then ignored me...note she was sitting at the bar talking to people. I got up to get the sauce and then the server follows me and gives me a small dish and yanks the sauce out of my hand and pours sauce on the dish and says she needs it. I was very upset but being on my honeymoon I let it go. Then the server brings the tab and says whenever youre ready. She comes by 3 mins later a gets upset because we still didn't pay. We honestly just paid and left at that moment. It really sucks because food is great but Service can really ruin a business.

Food was great and I loved the atmosphere. Nice to something a little dioxin Flagstaff. I did find it a little odd that we were never offered a second drink, even though it wasn’t very busy. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Very mixed experience. Had a Friday evening reservation Seated promptly upstairs by the window. I expected something a bit more spectacular from the cocktails given the emphasis on the website. Appetizers a mixed bag. Crab Rangoon, shrimp sui mai and pork gyoza were all really yummy. Spring rolls a disappointment and the cucumber salad was tasteless. With respect to main course, Pho was outstanding , salmon sashimi fresh and flavorful. Watch the sushi rolls - ok but not fresh. Good service. Overall gets a just ok rating

We were in town to take care of some business at NAU. We are not familiar with Flagstaff at all. We decided to park downtown and find a place for dinner. We chose the Lotus Lounge for the ambience. We were seated promptly and greeted by our beautiful waitress/manager Olivia. She made excellent drink and appetizer recommendations. She was very kind and we got to chat it up with her quite a. It.I've never been to a restaurant where everything I ordered was delicious. The cocktails, all of the food, and the desert was amazing. We decided to stay longer than expected for another round. We tried the pork gyoza, orange chicken fried rice, vegetable tempura, a variety of sushi rolls, and the matcha tiramisu (Heaven) and the orange crème sorbet. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled nice. By the time we left the place was packed. I would highly recommend the Lotus Lounge if you are traveling to Flagstaff!
