Our server, Kalie, was great. She was very busy but provided great service. The Lotus Salad was crazy good as was the Sunset Roll. We make a point of having dinner here when we stay overnight in Flag.
Great menu options for people who aren't into sushi. Sometimes it's hard to please everyone in the group but this place has it all.

The Lotus Lounge offers a delightful dining experience with a wide selection of delectable dishes. Customers praise the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the stunning sushi presentations and flavorful entrees like the torched salmon, chupacabra roll, and chirashi bowl. The upstairs seating with wrap-around windows creates a beautiful, comfortable, and airy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a special occasion or people-watching with the floating lights. The food is always up to par and delicious, including the Udon and fresh-tasting sushi rolls. The vibe is great, though the restaurant can be quite busy, which may affect timing. The staff is friendly, sweet, and works hard to provide a great experience.
