We happened to fall upon Shift through the Flagstaff Foodies Facebook group and I'm so glad we did. The food, drinks, and service here is devine. Local or just traveling through this is a must stop restaurant to eat at.
I have been to Shift at least 3 times in the past year, and am planning a fourth visit! Food is always well prepared and innovative! The staff members are knowledgeable, and the service is quick and attentive! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary, the staff provided a signed a card, champagne, and the chef greeted us as well! Highly recommend!
The best restaurant experience in Flagstaff is at a bar seat at Shift. The vibe is off the charts, so cozy and welcoming. The staff is so friendly, not too much but makes sure every need is met. It’s a special treat if you get Jenna as your server, she’s an absolute rockstar!
