We happened to fall upon Shift through the Flagstaff Foodies Facebook group and I'm so glad we did. The food, drinks, and service here is devine. Local or just traveling through this is a must stop restaurant to eat at.
What a wonderful place! The food is amazing. The chef is creative and work with fresh seasonal ingredients. Go and try. You will have a nice surprise. Don't forget to make a reservation to be sure to have a table.
Let’s talk about Bake Sale! I mean, there’s so much to love about the restaurant, but the owner hosts a bake day for each of the first Saturdays of the month, and it’s worth it. We usually go in for her awesome bread and then come out with breakfast too. This time, we chose to try some sweets. Oh my. The Tajin-Mango fritter.
