I have been to Shift at least 3 times in the past year, and am planning a fourth visit! Food is always well prepared and innovative! The staff members are knowledgeable, and the service is quick and attentive! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary, the staff provided a signed a card, champagne, and the chef greeted us as well! Highly recommend!
The best restaurant experience in Flagstaff is at a bar seat at Shift. The vibe is off the charts, so cozy and welcoming. The staff is so friendly, not too much but makes sure every need is met. It’s a special treat if you get Jenna as your server, she’s an absolute rockstar!
And the food…ohhhh the food! Every bite is scrumptious!

Our experience at Shift is always great. Good enough to drive up from Phoenix just for dinner, which we have done many times. Good enough to decide last minute to go to dinner there two nights in a row, which we haven’t but sure will soon. It may be the most consistent, high quality restaurant in all of Arizona.
