“As locals we have experienced most of the restaurants in our area. We had our first date night dinner at Atria a few weeks after they opened. We have followed Chef Rochelle for years and we were extremely excited to see her opening here in Flagstaff. We have been back almost other weekend since. We always sit at the Chef's Table so we can observe the masterpieces being created. Atria is the best dining experience within 100 miles. If you haven't tried it, you are missing one of the finest dining experiences you will ever have.“

“I wish I had a sky full of stars to give for Josephine's review. They are surely deserving. 5 stars to represent the 5 senses will have to do. Visually it is absolutely beautiful. A lovely, rustic old home converted to a cozy intimate restaurant. The wafting smells of the food being prepared drew us as we wandered in. The warm, friendly greeting and attentive staff made us feel at home. The gentle bustle and buzz of the restaurant offset by a phenomenal soundtrack of eclectic music. My wife and I commented song after song about how special the ambiance was. Now to the food, although simply referring it as food is an extreme injustice. The meal was literally a work of art. Not the bougie, overly small (see what I did there?), portions with a drizzle of color to distract you from the fact that you about to "feast" on two bites of food. The portions were just the right size, completely satisfying without being grossly over or under sized. The ingredients were all extremely fresh and top quality. This makes total sense... with chefs creating such wonderful fare, why would you not use the best? Simply put, every single thing about Josephine's is absolutely perfect in my opinion. We wanted a special night for my wife's birthday and Josephine's delivered in spades. It could not have been any more perfect. Thank you SO much! If you are EVER in Flagstaff, you HAVE to make sure and try (try isn't accurate... let's say experience) Josephine's. Life is too short NOT to experience Josephine's!“

“We were staying in Flagstaff for two nights to hike the Grand Canyon and stumbled upon Shift on the first night. It was later in the evening and we didn't have a reservation. We got in and sat at the community table. We had no expectations of anything since we just stumbled in and we were just happy to grab a seat. First course came out, savory sorbet. Blown away. It was sooo good. We had about four other items, all delicious. The next night, after our hike, we went back. Only reservation was at 8:30, worth the wait. Everything is delicious. The cocktails are creative. The staff is kind, intelligent, and incredibly hospitable. Love this place and would make this a once-a-week spot if I lived in Flagstaff. Wish I could remember the names of all of the other dishes we ate!! Go here.“

“Flg Terroir is a local treasure with a ton of ambiance! You're likely to find lots of eats or drinks you want to try on their menu and the cozy atmosphere to pull out a board game, assemble the book club, or enjoy drinks before (or after) dinner. The elevated view of San Francisco Street is a favorite!Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, but you won't see many of them due to the nature of the place. No one said a word to us when our sitter canceled at the last minute and our kiddos were happy to run into one other little girl, but I definitely would have had more fun without ours.“

“1899 bar & grillDIAMOND, yes a beautiful gem. I can’t believe this place wasn’t packed. It is off the beaten track, and the signage is not very good, but I would definitely recommend. From the first step into the restaurant, we knew it was the right choice. The hostesses were great. They picked the perfect table for us. We ordered a bottle of vine. I had the pork chop with potatoes and vegetables, delicious, Cornish was also ordered at the table, and my husband ordered a steak that was cooked amazing and perfect! Melody, Chef Rob, Makayla, Alana and Anaya you were all amazing! Chef Rob, Congratulations on getting the perfect flavors with the perfect meats. I can’t wait to come back for another scrumptious meal. OPPS! I almost left out how good the crème brûlée was. A perfect crust!I WOULD RECOMMEND“

“We have been coming here for years and love Brix. The renovation is beautiful and opens up the space a lot. It definitely makes the restaurant feel different and takes away a little bit of the charm, but it’s the best for the restaurant. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. The prices have gone up quite a bit and while the food is good, I just don’t think that the cheese board is worth $50+ dollars. We will be back because Brix is absolutely one of the best in Flag!“

Agassiz Lodge & Restaurant American • $
9300 N Snow Bowl Rd, Flagstaff

“We weren't planning to eat here, but once the scenic gondola ride was cancelled due to weather, we were given a gift card instead of a refund for our ticket prices. We could use it at the restaurant or gift shop. Since we aren't from the area, and don't know when we'd be back, we chose to use it on food. They had several outdoor picnic tables (which weren't usable during the rain and hailstorm) and a fairly small indoor seating area. To order, they had QR codes to scan, or big menus on the wall to order from via computer. They had a pretty good variety of foods, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salad, soups, etc. We ordered some burgers, and were able to customize them to our liking, salads, and soups. The food was ready within minutes and brought to us. Everything tasted good.“
