Lived in Flagstaff my whole life and have tried every single old and new Mexican restaurant and this is the one! I'm not a fan of salsa but this place has salsa I would absolutely die for. The beans and rice are both perfect where some restaurants usually only hit on one or the other. The red sauce on the enchiladas taste just like my grandma's its absolutely perfect it's not like most other other Mexicans restaurants where the red sauce taste like it's from...
I can't say enough about Mi Lindo Veracruz. The food is excellent! Big flavor, quality ingredients and hearty portions. I have long complained about Mexican food in Flagstaff. This place shut me up. I'm so happy this place is open and is a family favorite!
The food was excellent, I got some carnitas fries, if you like a little heat their salsa and hot sauce is very tasty! Skip the crazy line at In n out and get some tasty Mexican food.
