Mexican Restaurant Mi Lindo Veracruz is a family favorite in Flagstaff. The food is excellent with big flavor, quality ingredients, and hearty portions. The salsa is the best in Flagstaff, served warm, and the red sauce on the enchiladas tastes just like grandma's, not like it’s from a can. The beans and rice are both perfect. Specific meals include carnitas fries, birria tacos, and everything with shredded beef. The menu is huge with tons of gluten free and dairy free options, including house specialties on the breakfast page. The establishment is very beautiful. Service can be hard sometimes because the staff is small, but the owner is very nice and makes sure everything is okay. Don't listen to people who order American food like a hamburger and onion rings and then complain. Skip the crazy line at In n Out and get some tasty Mexican food here.
