I’m sure Flagstaff is a nice enough place. Maybe visit, I don’t know. What I do know is that you definitely need to get off that dang highway to get yourself an amazing chicken sandwich, dig into their unbelievably refreshing salad with a spicy honey Dijon dressing, try out the saison (perfectly classic) or NZ-style IPA (just the right funk), and soak up the kindness and chill vibes of this little treasure.
