This is a great Pho spot. My granddaughter talked us into trying it, and we're glad we did. The well done brisket is a great option, as is the rare steak (the heat from the broth cooks the meat, so it's not rare when you eat it). We will eat here again, when we're in town.
I ordered rare steak Phở to go, was weary of putting the meat in the broth myself and they offered to put it in for me to ensure it was fully cooked. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the staff were kind and attentive, the service was swift and the food was PHENOMENAL. I will recommend, I will be back!
Arrived just before noon for lunch, not too busy. Seated quickly by the very nice server. Both of us ordered Pho. Definitely the best broth anywhere in Arizona. The food was really good and the service was just as good . Will return next time were in Flagstaff.
