Absolutely an amazing place to visit and have a drink. Wonderful management and bar staff, there security however doesn't understand his job details. Let me walk in and out the front door multiple times, then around nine pm decided he wanted to check my ID. Told me it wasn't a real ID, and wouldn't let me back in to pay my tab. Then get told to lower my voice. Sweetie, if you didn't want me to get loud, then your SECURITY should have never let me out the front...
Great drinks and really cool bar but the service is always weird. Usually really slow even on a week day. The bartenders don’t acknowledge you for a while and once they do it takes longer to get a drink than any other bar in town. I loved Rendezvous but it’s getting really hard to come back.
We love stopping for drinks the the Monte Vista. We haven't had a chance to eat there yet, but the bar at Rendezvous is excellent. Good selection of beers, and an awesome cocktail menu. Fun vibe, and just a great bar to hang out at.
