This was a welcome addition to our holiday spent in the Grand Canyon. It was really quiet at the teppanyaki tables but we had a good couple joining our table of 4. We had good conversation and the chef, Bobby, was very entertaining and cooked a delicious dinner. Our server was a bit slow for some things but he did an ok job. Food was very good and fair price for this type of meal.
I come up to Flagstaff for work pretty often and every time I stay at the Hilton, I make sure to grab dinner at Sakura. I’ve had the pleasure of being waited on by Anthony. He’s always upbeat and super attentive, which I really appreciate. Bobbi, the chef, has cooked for me several times and always brings great energy along with amazing food. Not much ambiance but the food is fresh and very good. Service was just ok but not very attentive. The chef was very nice but slow. Since food is cooked with veggies first by the time you get your protein the rest of the food was cold.
