This is one of the best sushi experiences you can have in Arizona, Z and Jesse are both incredible. Z is an absolute master of his craft and a true professional. 10/10 recommend dinner with the chefs!
Not your traditional teppanyaki experience, not really a show. Food was good, but didn’t offer any dipping sauce. One thing to be careful of is our bill had an automatic service charge of 18% added to the bill. Server did not mention it and I let the rest of the people know before they double tipped. I don’t have a problem with this policy but you need to let your customers know when you do it.
Been to quite a few teppanyaki places, and this lands in the top 3. Sometimes the food quality suffers at the expense of the cooking style and the show, not here. Fish was delicious, lots of dipping sauces to choose from, and the chef/showman was top-notch. Some places just put their head down and put on a show, but our chef was really engaging and made it a great experience.
