I think it's the area bringing it down as much as the employees. It's on a very busy corner sandwiched between downtown and the university so it gets more than its share of difficult visitors. If you can go to a better location, do that, if not, just be ready for a less than stellar experience.
I'm impressed! Brisa and jasmine were on top of the customer service. I'm from out of town and they were able to give me the directions i needed. They were warm and welcoming. I wanted to ask them to dinner! Thank you guys!

After nine years of living here in Flagstaff I finally stopped into this store today. The customer service was top notch. I've been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and have been disappointed of late until today. The young lady who helped me was amazing.
