Wendy's, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have praised the restaurant for its great food, fast service, and friendly staff, others have experienced issues with their orders, such as missing items and incorrect dressings. The Cobb Salad was reported to have been served with Caesar dressing instead of the expected bacon, and customers had to repeatedly request the ranch dressing they had ordered. Recently, there have been complaints about inappropriate order placements, with mobile app orders being mixed up with pickup orders, leading to cold food waiting for pickup. Despite these service-related problems, the bathrooms were described as spotless. Customers have expressed disappointment that this Wendy's location does not offer a military discount, unlike other locations. However, some have had positive experiences, enjoying the crispy French fries and praising the friendly service, especially when requesting fresh fries. The overall reviews suggest a varied dining experience at this Wendy's restaurant, with both positive and negative aspects.
