“Ftn Hills location has changed their policy to serve old meat, sitting on grill too long, dried out and cold. Fries are cold and rubbery, tomatoes and lettuce are always wilted. Menu shows items they no longer have. And they screwed up my drink. I asked them to cook fresh meat and they still gave me the old meat. NEVER GOING BACK“

“Friendly staff, but I found the quality of the food to be inconsistent. We were in a few weeks ago, and everything was delicious. This trip was completely different. My burger was greasy and so over salted, I couldn't finish it. We tried the sweet potato fries, and they were chalky. Disappointed.“

“This particular cold beer and cheeseburgers we looked up online and it had a few ratings that were unhappy about the quality of the food we went there and it was perfect couldn't have been better A lot of times I don't take those ratings with too much heart but you know it's just something you think about but we were very pleased with the service the atmosphere the location and the food“
