“While I’m very glad to have a Dutch Bros in Fountain Hills I must admit, this is an interesting choice for a location. Dutch Bros famously has a youthful atmosphere. Current top 40 hits always playing, bright colors, lots of options of sweet caffeinated drinks, and top notch friendly and extroverted service. I’ve lived in Fountain Hills almost my entire life and love it but ‘youthful’ would not be one of the first words I would use to describe it.I watched a very interesting interaction with an older customer accosting the staff that their K Cup make at home coffee was not up to her standards. This was an almost ten minute interaction where they were happy and quick to give her a refund and offer her a free drink in between her lengthy and unkind words. They made her feel heard, spoke to her very gently, and she left thanking them. They also gave me a free drink in between taking care of her.I fully intend to be frequently going to this location for the great coffee and customer service.“

“I had a delicious breakfast sandwich and a donut .Both were good. The sandwich was huge..saved half for later.

They now have fried chicken for lunch and I understand it's delicious. That will be the next thing I try.“

“The place to go for coffee in North Scottsdale. It offers delicious and high-qualify coffee, matcha latte, and other beverages in a very pleasant setting with views of the McDowell Mountains and the Valley. The staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to read a book or the newspaper. I have been coming here for over two years and it was my son’s first stop when we left the hospital after he was born. It’s a very special place for us. The staff and regulars have seen my son grow up.

Kid-friendliness: Black Rock Coffee is very kid-friendly. The staff has always been wonderful to my son. There is plenty of space for strollers.“

“So for those who says the food is tasteless…the issue with you lot is that your tongue is too used to over processed foods with high sugar and salts and unhealthy ingredients that gives you a high and have you thinking it’s the best food on the planet. ?I personally like this place I consider it a gem. It’s Way better than Salad and Go! ?The spicy chicken soup is my all time fav!It’s a bit pricey yes but worth it because I like the fact that they use a more healthy alternative to their ingredients and it’s in Scottsdale where all the rich people live so idk why is there negative feed back on price being too high ?Otherwise Customer service was great, place is clean and organized, the best part is that the food is not cross contaminated like most salad bar places in AZ“

“Big bold bright and beautiful!When I'm visiting Phoenix I come here almost daily for coffee and work in my morning. It's spacious and bright and the coffee is good and the staff are fun and friendly. I am so glad this place is here!

Parking: Endless spots. No worries about parking here whatsoever.“

“Incredible food as normal, my favorite is the California club, get it on a sun dried tomato basil wrap and it's an absolute treat. The vegan buzz is a great alternative for my dairy free friends on a warm summer day. This particular location has great service, the dining area is a hair small, they could definitely improve that as I came to eat here and the entire restaurant was taken over by a seniors meeting playing backamon.“
