Fast Food Restaurants in Gila Bend

“I just visited this restaurant. Once I got in I realized I placed my order at the wrong location..I asked the manager if she could do anything to help me. Her name was Gabby I believe she said sure no problem, checked my order and had her amazing team make it right away. This was MY mistake and thanks to Gabby and her team going out of their way for me I still got my food. Customer service doesnt seem to exist anymore, I was shocked to get treated like this at a fast food restaurant THANK YOU ALL!“

“We ordered online on our way to Rocky Point for a Macdonalds in Casa grand. When we got to the one in Gila Bend, the lady behind the counter pointed out what we had done. She honored our order and gave it to us without a charge. Great customer service!“

“Ordering via the kiosk was a disappointing experience. I ordered a Double Whopper and wanted to add bacon, but the only bacon option required cheese to be added as well. Another Double Whopper sandwich was ordered, including all of the usual condiments, but apparently because we chose the low carb option at the end, the sandwich was delivered without any of the condiments that should have been included.“
