Casita Coffee serves delicious coffee and friendly service. Their seasonal coffee menu is impressive! Located in the heart of Gilbert’s Heritage District, they also have their iconic casita food truck at the Gilbert Farmers Market on Saturdays. Customers love hosting client meetings or coffee dates at Casita Coffee. Being from the PNW, it is hard to find good coffee in Gilbert, but Casita Coffee is really good and not too bitter, with a perfect balance. They have a great menu, not basic like so many others. Friendly service too and reasonable prices. They have delicious iced coffee and a good assortment of baked goods. The churro concha is so good as well as the guava danish. The baristas were so nice and helpful. This coffee spot is so cute! Very quaint and unassuming from the outside, you are treated to a warm greeting from the staff once you step inside. Our cashier was so friendly and helpful with taking all of our orders. She was also very accommodating with little changes in our orders. The matcha was perfectly balanced between the sweet, milk and amount of powder.
