New manager is rude and abrasive... Rude to her employees too. The workers are great and always come through
Thank you Rachael and Suzanna! I recently made an order online at a location that was no where near me. I called the store and spoke with Suzanna who was able to cancel the order and recommended that I call the next morning to speak with a manager to just double check. I live super close and used to frequent this location often. However, in the last couple of months there is always an issue with my order or an insane wait time. Last time it was both. After waiting for over 30 min in the drive thru I was given the wrong order. With my last experience I should have checked before driving off.
