“I have a rant and a suggestion. The next time a woman or man come in wearing their pajamas and flipflops and order 6+ giant sandwiches during lunch hours, they can wait. Because clearly they aren't working that day or any days and have all the time in the world. For those of us who have a job and have a limited time to eat lunch, that woman cost me my entire lunch break along with my other fellow employed workers who were patiently waiting behind me. It took 25 minutes for you to complete that woman's order. And to the ignorant woman who will never see this or care, next time order online. Or you could just be courteous and respectful and let people go in front of you, just a friendly thought.“

I was blown away by how well the customer service was considering it’s a sandwich shop, but my expectations were far more than exceeded.“
“Stopped I. To grab some subs for some friends that had not had jersey miles before. When in doubt go for the # 13 original Italian sub and get it Mike's way with the paper relish and Jalapeños. I hav2 made two.more life long Mike's fans. And because I use my shore points I was able to get ibw of them for free!!“
“AMAZING customer service! We had ordered a delivery order and due to a glitch in their system, we received the incorrect sandwiches. We went in the next day and the very kind manager gave us the correct subs for free. She was super nice the entire time and even gave us a couple cookies. Delicious sandwiches and excellent customer service!“
“Systems were down today so they just said that we could have free food and get what we want. Me and my buddy ended up with free subs today and we went back in after eating to ask for some brownies and they said yes as long as I leave a 5 star review so this one goes out to those employees.“
