“I went through the drive through today and I wasn’t feeling good at all due to a severe sinus infection the gentleman there helped me figure out what flavor of sno I was trying to order, he was beyond patient with me and his kindness and his sweet words definitely made me feel better in fact ge made my whole day by his kindness! Thank you Bahama Buck’s and the sno was exactly what I needed and absolutely amazing!“

“This place is great. The water is only . 25¢ a gallon and the small bag of ice is . 99¢ so it's a bargain. They also sell drinks, candy, but most importantly my favorite-ice cream. They have around 10 different flavors and you can get either a sugar cone or a cup. They sell it by the scoop with I believe 3 scoops being the max. The best part is the price. I believe it's only $1.25 a scoop! I go there everytime I pass by. I just have to stop and get a scoop. I don't care how cold it is outside. I recommend this place to anyone who loves ice cream. For that price you'll be like myself and get 3 scoops everytime. Lol.“

“We stopped by Water & Ice this Tuesday while checking out the area and looking for some ice cream, and Veronica was absolutely phenomenal!! It was our first time visiting, and she made us feel so welcomed the moment we walked in. The place is renovating or something I believe, but Veronica was incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. She truly made the experience memorable for us. We can’t wait to come back again and see her! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.“

“Went after hours and was going to use the outside machine. I placed my $1 bill inside and the machine turned itself off and would not dispense water or return the money. I called the number on the machine, not caring much about the dollar...but to get it repaired. The owner came within 5 minutes, repaired the machine and assisted with filling my water. He even took the water to my car. This trip definitely was alot longer than it should have been, but that customer service deserves 5 stars. Thanks!“

“Felt bad because me and my family came in right before they were going to close, but the two girls who were busy working on the drive through orders were attentive and super sweet! They got us our snow as quickly as they could, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this location, but be patient with the workers! They seem understaffed so allow them some grace. Thank you Lilly!“

“I’m quite happy with the fact that there are more East Asian dessert places coming around Chandler finally and I’m a big fan of them. I shared a mango berry with my mom on Mother’s Day post dinner dessert. The person who took the order was initially resistant in offering me the dessert in a bowl and recommended that I take it in a “take out” bowl. This was at 8:27pm on a Sunday night when the shop was supposed to close at 9pm. After making a polite request, he switched it to the Serving bowl. Then at 8:57pm, another lady rudely asked all customers to move out saying that the restaurant was closed. While I understand it’s Sunday night and people are trying to wrap work and head home, I just found it very impolite (perhaps it’s a cultural thing) .
The dessert was excellent though , lots of condensed milk , mango and strawberry syrup and fresh mango / strawberry pieces. Scrumptious ! My mom who is quite the picky eater, truly enjoyed the dessert“
