“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! “First time trying this place today on Sunday. Great service from explaining their to go dishes & sizes to being patient with us reviewing menu. Got home tried the house fried rice and orange chicken . Taste was fresh and had great flavor. Definitely my new favorite spot for Chinese food.“

Despite the clean atmosphere, Gadzooks is very reminiscent of Chipotle, just a little less welcoming.“

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

“I’ve been looking for a new Chinese restaurant. I’m not usually a huge fan of the spring rolls but wow, these ones were amazing. I think there was a hint of lemon grass or something amazing. The crab Rangoon was so perfectly crunchy, but not too hard it was flaky. I had sesame chicken fried rice, a crab Rangoon, a spring roll and a bowl of soup. The portion was huge. For dinner out the door $20 total with tip. I was the only one eating in the restaurant at the time, but it was a very clean orderly place. The soup came first then the appetizer and then the meal. It was a lot of food and I was able to take more than half of the rice and meat home. I’ll definitely be going back. I would have to say that the dinner meal is really a two person meal.“

“If I could rate this place higher I would not because of the food (although it is amazing and I crave it 24/7) but because of the service!! Nolan was the absolute best and made my day better! “Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat a lunch or dinner, I always get full, because their bread sticks are so good, and everyone there are so nice.

I've yet tried any item there that did leave me wanting more, thats is how your taste buds are being satisfied. Like I never eat eggplant 🍆 not even at home, but Olive Garden's eggplant is so good it leaves me wanting more.

Another thing I like about Olive Garden is, their restaurants are always clean, including their bathrooms. The staff is always nice and quick to remove used dishes once you have eaten everything off it or pushed it away like to say, I am done, can't eate another bite. They politely ask you if you are done and if you want a carry out box, and if you answer yes, they quickly either bring you a container or remove your dishes.

Even if you don't normally eat Italian food, rest assured you can safely eat almost anything they offer. Like their soops are great, especially the minestrone soop, the salads, both are just vegetables prepared in a way to wake your taste buds up, just for starters. I love their pasta dishes, like their Alfredo sauce pasta dish, or the spaghetti, and meat balls, the red sauce is fixed just right, and it never leaves me with indigestion or heart burn.

The prices are fair, and you get full, ive yet to see anyone who is with me that doesn't get full and ends up taking food home, all for around $20 to $30 dollars each and thats usually after the tip is applied.

You have to try Olive Garden, it like a great chip, except you can't eat there just once, you will leave thinking about when you can return for another meal, so do yourself and your taste buds a favor, have lunch or dinner and find a new favorite place to eat.

I only wish they served breakfast, it would have to be out of this world 🌎 I'm sure.

I also like Olive Garden because they have plenty of tables which makes it easy for those with a physical disability to eat out without having to workout being able to set up close to the table easily, and their entrance are wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy and have a good time out.

I haven't ordered from Thai Chili To Go before and did not really know how to order. She helped guide my choices, explained what each thing was and it all tasted amazing! But more than that, she was so friendly and kind. It makes me want to go back, next time I will eat inside cause she made me feel so comfortable. When you are dining alone this kind of service is everything. The food especially the Chicken Panang chili was so good, I'm craving it now! I brought some home, everyone enjoyed it! “Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. “It is East coast style Chinese food. Sampled a variety of items from the menu. The egg foo young is on point. Just like I remember: 3 omelets and plenty of gravy on the side -as it should be. The boneless spare ribs were as expected: a little char, a little chewy, and sweet and tangy that goes perfect with white rice. The fried rice is not overly salty, and not too much soy sauce and surprisingly tender. The sesame chicken was good and not overly sweet. As a wild card we tried the triple delight and it was a good, lighter offering. Perfectly cooked vegetables, a mild brown sauce and a fair portion.

This is a good place to try as far as I am concerned. Worth the trip for the egg foo young, if you like it east coast style. Now if I could just teach them how to make New England style (apple sauce based) duck sauce...“
