“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! “Ginger Garden was the first place I ate when I traveled to Arizona, and it was delicious. It was my first time in the state, and I was really in the mood for American-style Chinese food. I ordered the orange chicken and the beef chow fun, and both were super flavorful and deliciously seasoned well in all the right ways. Everything tasted fresh, they didn't cheap out on the toppings, and this really hit the spot. I'd definitely eat here again!“

Moved here from Vegas and was mourning the loss of my fav Thai spots and decided to give this place a go bc they had a deal on UberEats. And the food was so freaking good I don’t have enough words. I ordered their red curry and their Thai chicken rolls and they were both so good I felt like I ascended. 10/10 recommend. I will miss this place if I ever go anywhere.“

Despite the clean atmosphere, Gadzooks is very reminiscent of Chipotle, just a little less welcoming.“

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!

“The restaurant was clean. The food was good and they had it out to us relatively quickly. We have tried a couple areas here in the Queen Creek Santan area and this one is by far my favorite.

“TOP NOTCH customer service!!! I ordered curbside online. 104 degrees outside. 4:30pm on a Friday. Somewhat large order. A lovely employee came out with a genuine smile and genuine care to tell me they were packing up the order, it would be a few minutes and offered to bring me anything I wanted to drink. I declined and she asked me if I was sure. When the order was ready, another truly friendly employee brought the order out and she offered to stay there --- in the blazing heat and sun while I was in my A/C car --- if I wanted to check the order before leaving! Our order was accurate and fresh and piping hot. I drove about 25 minutes out of my way to go to this location (from South Scottsdale to Fiesta Mall in Mesa) because the location 2 miles away from my home was closed to make room for new apartments. It did not disappoint. It had been a while and we were CRAVING some OG. We were highly satisfied in all aspects, and it really was a great experience. Thank you 😀😀😀“

Today was my second time here. A friend introduced me to it about a month ago and honestly, its delicious, so i decided to go again. I ordered the same dish- vegetable friend rice with steamed tofu. Got home, took the first bite, so far so good. Took my second bite and found a hair attached to two pieces of rice 🤮 (see pic). I'm actually grossed out and pretty disappointed. I eas totally looking forward to this. How does this even happen when employees should be using hair nets? $14 for something that has now completely turned me off. Please handle this and make sure it doesn't happen again. I really do like the food.“

Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.

What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.

“Was looking for a good Chinese restaurant near my home. Googled this one with a 4.2 rating figured I'd try them out. I ordered Mu Shu Pork and it was delicious, pork was very tender, sauce was tasty only wish there was another veggie substituted for the mushrooms I took out. Ordered 2 pork egg rolls which were good also. Meal was enough to share between 2 people. I will be ordering from them again.“
