“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

The business knows its customers, and there's very little on the menu that diverges from what you would expect to find.

The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to offer the lunch special with a chicken option that was not explicitly on the menu.

Prices were reasonable, and the decor was perhaps one step nicer than other similar restaurants in this area.

“Love the concept! We were all excited to try variations of the enchiladas. Great selection to customize each of ours to our liking. The staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come back and try something different. All of their meat selections that our group of 6 enjoyed were extremely flavorful.“

“If I would've known I'd like cottage cheese this much I would have been eating it years ago. The new protein bowls with cottage are phenomenal! I had the hot honey, and my friend had the citrus crunch bowl. We shared with each other and I can't decide which one is my favorite. My goodness, so good!
Been coming to this location for a while now, and recently there's been many changes to the menu. These new bowls are my favorite by far!
Enough about the food, it speaks for itself. The staff needs a shout out, because they were
amazing!

I wanted the chicken Parmesan but was told they deep fry it in the same oil as the shrimp etc.. instead of telling me that I just needed to pick something else for dinner the chef gave me an option of grilled chicken. “we have Used Hot Wok for many many years when we lived in Chandler and now delivery in Gilbert. They are always kind, professional and never disappoint. Our favorite is the Beijing beef with brown fried rice and the soup. You can’t go wrong, they also now have sushi which is delicious.!!“

“Amazing service. This is the best Olive Garden I have ever visited. The breadsticks were perfectly seasoned and cooked well. Not too salty or hard. The soups were all fresh and hot, with plenty of gnocchi in the chicken and gnocchi. My angel hair with meat sauce had plenty of sauce where other Olive Gardens skimp on the portion. Our server was amazing. The manager visited our table too and was great.“

I haven't ordered from Thai Chili To Go before and did not really know how to order. She helped guide my choices, explained what each thing was and it all tasted amazing! But more than that, she was so friendly and kind. It makes me want to go back, next time I will eat inside cause she made me feel so comfortable. When you are dining alone this kind of service is everything. The food especially the Chicken Panang chili was so good, I'm craving it now! I brought some home, everyone enjoyed it! “Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position.
