“I came in and was patient with the fact that they made a mistake on my order then after waiting almost 2 hours I came back again to wait 30 more minutes for them to mess up my order again the organization back there is a mess. This is definitely a general manager issue. He needs to step in and be here on high volume days like this or they need to train the Shift Lead a lot better because this isn’t fair to anyone“

“This location has good people that work hard. I came into the store and saw how they seemed tired but still had good attitudes. It's tough to please people in this neighborhood. I've always had good food here. I've never worked in the food industry but I can tell these guys have seen the worst most entitled customers around.“

“I went in today and there was only one kid working the whole thing. His name is lonzo and he was doing an amazing for it being just him. The people in charge need to get it together and put more people on shift because it’s not fair to him. He was working so hard especially since it was so busy.“

“I came in a few days ago and there was a girl named Laci that helped me and she left an amazing impression on me, I just had to leave a review. She greeted me as soon I walked in the door and was SO sweet. She also made my food QUICKLY and it was delicious.“
