“I came in and was patient with the fact that they made a mistake on my order then after waiting almost 2 hours I came back again to wait 30 more minutes for them to mess up my order again the organization back there is a mess. This is definitely a general manager issue. He needs to step in and be here on high volume days like this or they need to train the Shift Lead a lot better because this isn’t fair to anyone“

“The place is clean, everyone there is very nice, they always greet you with a smile. The food is good, consistently done well, hot and fresh. I never have any complaints about this place, even when they're busy, they seem to still to a great job.“

“This location has good people that work hard. I came into the store and saw how they seemed tired but still had good attitudes. It's tough to please people in this neighborhood. I've always had good food here. I've never worked in the food industry but I can tell these guys have seen the worst most entitled customers around.“

I feel like everyone is so jaded by the other reviews they set unrealistic expectations. For a Friday night, it was busy and 5 minutes is not bad for waiting. I arrived on time. Service was good too. Register guy was friendly enough and the manager was nice as well.Wings were a 5. The honey hot rub is my new favorite. Soo good. Fries were a little bit overdone but still good. Dr pepper is good here, good ratio.P.S. Front door is broken. Go around the right side to the patio door.“
