“I came in and was patient with the fact that they made a mistake on my order then after waiting almost 2 hours I came back again to wait 30 more minutes for them to mess up my order again the organization back there is a mess. This is definitely a general manager issue. He needs to step in and be here on high volume days like this or they need to train the Shift Lead a lot better because this isn’t fair to anyone“

“The place is clean, everyone there is very nice, they always greet you with a smile. The food is good, consistently done well, hot and fresh. I never have any complaints about this place, even when they're busy, they seem to still to a great job.“

“Lisa totally woman handled being the only employee working the front of house, kitchen, phone orders and online orders. She was truly impressive, professional and gave us a realistic timeframe - took about 30 mins. Our order was completed perfectly and cooked to perfection. We only do bone in wings. Please undercover boss go to this location and give her a promotion and her own store.“

“Wow. 2.8 is pretty unfair. Not at all accurate.I ordered online and waited 5 minutes after arriving to get my order. I feel like everyone is so jaded by the other reviews they set unrealistic expectations. For a Friday night, it was busy and 5 minutes is not bad for waiting. I arrived on time. Service was good too. Register guy was friendly enough and the manager was nice as well.Wings were a 5. The honey hot rub is my new favorite. Soo good. Fries were a little bit overdone but still good. Dr pepper is good here, good ratio.P.S. Front door is broken. Go around the right side to the patio door.“
