“Overall, I had a good experience at Wingstop. The wings were flavorful and cooked well, with a nice crisp on the outside and juicy inside. The variety of sauces is a big plus—there’s something for everyone, and the flavors I tried were solid.

The fries were also really good, especially with the seasoning, and everything came out fresh. Portion sizes felt fair for the price.

Service was decent. The staff were polite, but the wait time was a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something that could be improved.

The atmosphere is pretty basic and more on the casual side, which is fine for a quick meal or takeout.

“I see a lot of negative reviews, and i had a completely different experience. I've only been to this location once and at wingstop overall three times. I ordered on the app about a half hour before they closed. The service was polite and friendly. Order came out at the expected time. I have to say I don't know if it was just a great time for them, but these were the best wings I have ever had out, anywhere. They were huge, juicy, and had a nice crisp bite. For the deal they have going on, especially with prices nowadays, it was a steal! I love my wings saucy, and these were overloaded in a great way. I had fries as well, which were really good. I like a lot of seasoning, and they were almost perfect, just a tad bit salty. Prefer them over some other places' lack of seasoning. Overall, I've been craving them every day since and will be back soon and hope to have the same experience. Made me regret not getting wingstop more! Thank you for the excellent food! Keep it up.

“UPDATE: Spoke with Mr. Ortega today regarding this order and the problems. So grateful that he takes his business seriously and his customers. I especially liked his defending his employees whom he said, under the difficult system glitches they were faced with, they did their best. He said of course, no excuses but he wanted to make things right. He has issued a full refund and was very apologetic about everything.

Ordered two days before Super Bowl, 75 wing combo. Gave wrong time on website so called day before delivery day to change time to 4pm also called morning of delivery too confirm time change. They said all was good. 4:30pm and no order delivered. Called, was given the run around, hung up on after long hold. Call 3 more times and they wouldn't answer. Called using my husband's phone to cancel the order. They weren't sure they knew how. These employees and manager are idiots at customer service and honestly!“

“I just picked up a meal for 2 with 7 tenders & a side of corn. It was a mobile order for pick up & they had it ready just in time. I’ve been craving it for a while but finally caved & put the order in. Who ever is cooking in the back deserves a promotion & a lot of praise because damn!!! all of the food was made to perfection & satisfied all my cravings, money well spent!! “Very happy with my order today. Haven’t ordered in a very long time because of another location. The way they packaged everything was beyond what I’m used to. Hot food was hot, veggies and dressing was cold and separated really nicely. I was most impressed that the veggies were double wrapped which kept them from getting soggy. “It's always the same Wingstop I come to , because the food is fresh. The staff is friendly and Angie the GM happens to be the best around. This will remain my favorite wingstop, it's not that far but trust it isn't that close . My order always comes out steaming hot. If they are taken forever at least my food is hot and fresh. That's all I care about.“
