“I ordered a delivery order through Wingstop because they were having a free delivery promo. Unfortunately, Wingstop utilizes DoorDash to do their deliveries and whoever picked mine up decided to keep the food and cancel my order. I called the location I ordered from to get a refund and the supervisor at the time was very helpful and apologized (even tho it wasn’t her fault). She was very kind enough to make my order again so I could drive by and pick up on my way home. The 5 stars is for the customer service. The food was also exactly how I ordered. I might just have to do my own pick ups in the future to avoid that problem but the customer service is worth returning for.“
