Bamboo Cafe Reviews
If you like watered down, tasteless ramen- this place is for you! The ramen is fake noodles in a brown water with hard boiled eggs. It has zero flavor. The orange chicken is leather. The edamame is definitely warmed up from frozen. And the "fried rice" is literally just rice in a brown colored, flavorless, sauce. This place doesn't deserve a dime from you. It needs to GOOOOOO!
Poor attitude with service, fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce on it (nothing else). The spicy dishes were bland and the Moo Goo tasted like water chestnuts only.
I’ve been back to Phoenix since early June and this is by far the best Chinese food experience I’ve had here yet. We will most definitely return!!!

Bamboo Cafe is a favorite among locals, offering delicious meals at great prices. The Orange Chicken, Egg Drop Soup, and Kung Pao Chicken are standout dishes, along with generous lunch specials that include an entrée, fried rice, soup, and crab puffs. Fresh, well-seasoned food and excellent customer service make it a top recommendation. Combos are large, often filling two people, and the restaurant's consistency has earned it a loyal following. Some dishes, like the lettuce wraps, may vary in portion size, but favorites like the crispy orange chicken and teriyaki chicken remain tasty and satisfying. The restaurant also offers sake for those looking to enjoy drinks with their meal.
