We had a wonderful dinner at Bamboo Cafe. We heard about the Malaysian dishes here and in Arizona, this is impossible to find. We are Singaporean but the dishes served are so similar food and social cultures.
The Malaysian Dark Sauce Noodles brings back memories of having this dish in KL (Kuala Lumpur), in KL it is called Or Mee. The sweet and savory sauce is infused into the noodles brings that umami taste to the dish.

Saw a post on FB about Bamboo Cafe a few days ago, so we decided to give it a try. It's exciting to find Malaysian food in the area!
We ordered a lot! We got the Hainanese Chicken Rice, Malaysian Curry Chicken, Oyster Cake, Roti Canai, Samba Shrimp, Belacan Clams, and Ground Pork Japanese Tofu. Everything was good and we really enjoyed our dinner.
My favorite was definitely the Hainanese Chicken Rice! The chicken was tender and the rice...
