1st off, I wanna start this by saying this place was slammed when this happened.
Hubby went through drive thru on Saturday for lunch. Didn't check the bag and was given someone else's order. He drives back, was a little upset with them but this is what he noticed. He wasn't the only one who's order was messed up. No one got super loud or angry with the staff. The staff apologized and even gave us a free pie for the inconvenience. I had a really good experience with one of the workers name yoselli at Burger King. They were super friendly, patient, and helpful the whole time. I have social anxiety so she made this whole experience so much easier, They made sure everything was right with my order, and had a really positive attitude.
Average experience. I got 2 whopper meals. The burger patties were slightly burnt and they were not hot. The fries were good, a little too much salt for my taste but you might enjoy that much. I did ask for extra onion & pickle which they did okay with. I also requested a side of their new bourbon bbq sauce which they did not include, so I was bummed. But not an overall horrible experience.
