The place was not busy and yet I had to wait 10 + mins for my order because they didnt see me. Didnt even bother to call my name when I ordered from the kiosk and made eye contact with one of them. I can't take a seat and wait for my order? Not coming to this place again.

Thank you Burger King! The crew that is currently working today, 230pm, is doing a wonderful job! They had a great flow together, I actually got stuck watching them in action! LOL Everyone was very polite & food is good! Thanks again!

1st off, I wanna start this by saying this place was slammed when this happened.
Hubby went through drive thru on Saturday for lunch. Didn't check the bag and was given someone else's order. He drives back, was a little upset with them but this is what he noticed. He wasn't the only one who's order was messed up. No one got super loud or angry with the staff. The staff apologized and even gave us a free pie for the inconvenience. Every customer...
