Julia was amazing, I had a bad experience at another coffee place. And Julia just turned my whole mood around. She was very nice. Explain the menu to me And had a very good attitude. This was my first time at Dutch Bros I don’t go here. But I most definitely am now you guys are very nice and I see why the lines are always long And why people prefer Dutch Bros. Thank you you guys🫶
I am a Dutch Bros person at heart, but this was a totally un-DB experience, which has happened more than once at this location. The spirit of DB seems to have eroded. I got a sticky messy cup, had to ask for it to be cleaned off, watched as a verrrry dirty looking rag was used, then didn’t get the drink as I ordered, which of course I didn’t know about until after I had left. Way too much time and money spent to leave this disappointed.
Julia is amazing she is one of the reasons i will return to this location great customer service great attitude all around great person my family will always stop here if she is working!!!
