Not super packed like most food truck nights so no standing in line for 30 minutes but still enough business for the vendors. Stumbled across this on accident will definitely be back.
Food trucks vary by week, offering tasty food from around the world. Usually there are kids activities too, some are free like the bounce castle. Outdoor seating with music.Google the event to find the current lineup. They do switch between locations during the year. Currently they are in the Sam's Club parking lot on 83rd between Bell and Union Hills.

Unlike other food truck events, there are typically fewer crowds, allowing for quicker service. With up to 15 trucks participating, customers can enjoy a wide selection of dishes, such as pinwheels and unique sandwiches like carnita with avocado and pickles on crispy sourdough bread. Don't forget to try their refreshing lemonades!
