I am writing this review to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment that involved fraudulent charges to my account and a complete lack of follow-up communication.
After my visit, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my card that I did not approve or sign for. I have attempted to contact your staff multiple times to resolve the issue, but I have yet to receive a response. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism...read full review
sports bar and grill but kids not allowed after 7 per bartender. it's up to the owner how late kids are allowed. we were going so my son could sing karaoke with ur new host. we have a large group that would have gone. FYI, Arizona does not have a law about kids not allowed in bars.
I across the street and have been going the Jimbos for 15 years. Went at 2 PM for lunch with a half empty place and waited 15 minutes to be told as a long time regular that my 16 year old son can’t be in during football. The pub owner “Mike” didn’t even have the courage to tell us himself. See ya dude, you lost yet another customer and your place sucks! It’s a shame what Jimbos has become.
